Only cattle that meet strict standards are selected from Tajima cattle born and raised in Hyogo Prefecture. After a fattening period of 28 months or more, they are certified as the highest quality Kobe beef.
Starting with facility purification, Muslim staff body purification, preparation of dedicated equipment, and prayer preparation, we conduct strict preparation according to Islamic law.
With the prayer "Bismillah (In the name of Allah)," Halal-certified Muslim staff perform the work according to strict procedures. Quality control is thorough throughout all processes.
