Cattle Selection & Management
From Tajima cattle born and raised in Hyogo Prefecture, only individuals that meet strict standards are selected. After a feeding period of 28 months or longer, they are certified as the highest quality Kobe beef.
Halal Preparation
From facility purification to Muslim staff's physical purification, preparation of dedicated equipment, and prayer preparation, we conduct strict preparations according to Islamic law.
Slaughter & Processing
